Long-term, mechanically sound build & battle game

Im definitely not a pro in this game, but my impressions as a new player are a little cynical.
I can appreciate that everything works fluidly with no lag and theres nearly no loading. The art-style, even if a little boring, is pleasing and well crafted.
My main gripe is that there is not enough to differentiate from other battle & build games, and in my experience this game seems to reward commitment rather than a casual approach, which is completely fine and Im sure there are a lot of people that will appreciate it that.
