Poor Support and Poor Upgrades

Ive played for 3 years and spent $$$. Had an issue for an event that cost me $$$. Provided a detailed screen shot and documentation and the email back admitted a programming error. Only later to say I didnt qualify for (minor) compensation. DO NOT waste money. POOR support on what used to be a decent game.
